Onboarding questions:

We require your WordPress and current hosting login details. You will be able to securely add these to your maintenance dashboard upon sign up. If you don't have, or are unable to locate these we will be able to help.

We request you to add your login credentials via your maintenance portal (provided upon sign up). This is a secure portal that encrypts all login details. You have full access so can remove your login information at any time. We never store login details away from the portal.

Yes. If you're hosting with us we will create a staging version of your website. Here we will update any outdated software (plugins, themes, WP core), fix any issues that arise from the updates and then push live. 

In the event you choose not to utilise our hosting (included at no extra cost) we will, where available, create a staging site on your hosting. If this is unavailable we will have to make the updates live.

Yes. Once you are our customer, we conduct a full, in-depth audit to fully understand your site, how it works, and how we can quickly fix things were they to go wrong.

Yes. We take hourly backups on all our maintenance plans. These are stored for 90 days. 

24/7. Your website doesn't sleep so neither does our maintenance. No matter the time of the day, someone will be on hand to assist as and when needed. All non urgent requests are worked on between 8am - 6pm Monday GMT - Saturday. For any urgent bugs, hosting issues or other urgent matters these are seen to 24/7.

Requesting tasks:

Yes! Our whole business model is allowing businesses to outsource their WordPress website maintenance at a far cheaper rate than hiring in-house. If it's WordPress, and you're on one of our maintenance plans (care plan excluded) we will do it. 

Of course. All we ask is that each task is created separately. We will work on them in the order they are added. Once one task is complete, we will move on to the next.

Upon sign up, you will receive access to your online maintenance portal within 1 working hour. From here you can upload your login details and start adding tasks for us to work on. 

Once we have started working on your task you will receive an email. Further emails are sent if we have any questions, or once the task is complete and ready for your approval.

Of course. We try to keep the same developer working on your site, however due to circumstances out of our control (demand, time of day) anyone of our WordPress experts can pick up your task. You will be able to talk directly to the developer who is working on the task at any given time.

Pricing & billing:

No. Payments are made for the period of subscription and can be cancelled at any time leading up to the renewal date. We do not refund for early cancellation.

Yes. If you have multiple sites please talk to us and we will be happy to share our agency pricing. 

You can upgrade and take advantage of our annual discount once your current monthly subscription has expired. You can manage this within your online portal.

WordPress hosting:

No, but why wouldn't you? We offer world class, reliable and fully managed WordPress hosting with our maintenance plans at no extra cost (care plan excluded).
